The five-member panel of the presidential tribunal has reserved judgment on the petition by the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi against Tinubu and the All Progressive party, (APC).

Obi, who came third in the election is challenging the victory of Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress.

The tribunal, after adopting the parties’ final written addresses, reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties in the case.
