Nigerian singer and songwriter Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe popularly known as Kizz Daniel has allegedly been arrested in Tanzania after he failed to perform at a concert in the country.

The artiste, who had only arrived in the nation earlier in the day, reportedly declined to perform since his clothing weren’t available.

The frustrated fans then tore the event centre after paying as much as $5,000 for tables.

Kizz Daniel has been in the news for the wrong reasons lately. As may be remembered, this is the third time in the past month that fans have criticized Kizz Daniel for canceling his gigs. Kizz Daniel was also invited by the Nigerian Police for questioning after he seized a dry cleaner’s vehicle for damaging his clothes.

Kizz Daniel joins Omah Lay and Tems as Nigerian Artistes who have been arrested in East Africa. Recall in 2020, Omah Lay and Tems were arrested in Uganda; An incident which took weeks to resolve. We hope Kizz Daniel’s experience is sorted swiftly.
