Chaos as Lagos State motorcyclist destroys patrol vehicles and murders policeman.

Kazeem Abonde the chief superintendent of Police has been murdered during a clash between policemen and motorcyclist in Ajao Estate area of Lagos State.
New source gathered that the policemen were on duty in the area on Thursday when they were resisted by riders, who protested against the seizure of their means of livelihood.
This issue resulted into a clash and this lead to the death of Abonde, who was reportedly hacked to death.
Our new source saw a photo of the bloodied remains of the policeman as he lay lifelessly by the roadside. The victim’s head was smashed some objects.
Another picture showed few people milling around the damaged patrol van which had the Lagos State Police Command.
Our correspondent that the policemen which were involved in the incident were a part of the Ajao Police Station.
“Everywhere is tense; we don’t know what exactly caused the fight, but we know that there was a confrontation between motorcyclists and the policemen attached to the Ajao Police Station,” the source added.

A passerby was seen lamenting in a video clip that the policemen were attached to the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences Unit. There was also a blue police van that was said to have been damaged during the clash.
News has it that motorcyclist in their area had stopped operation and was asked to trek to their areas.
The CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, who is the Police Public Relations Officer promised to react to the incident after getting full briefing Officer promised to react to the incident after getting full briefing.
